This research attempts to find out whether there is a relevance between school socialization of sexuality and sexuality actuality in Huazhong Normal University, try to examine the suppose "the school socialization of sexuality has the positive effect on student's sexuality", and finally try to provide the basis for the related policy-making in higher education.The objects of this research are Huazhong Normal University undergraduates who are divided into two groups by whether have been taught sexuality education course. By means of quantitative research method, this paper describes the actuality of their sexuality, and analyzes the differences between the two groups. The inspection about their sexuality actuality includes four basic dimensions: sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, sexual behavior and situation of sexuality education.Through the analysis and confirm of the suppose "the school socialization of sexuality has the positive effect on student's sexuality". The students who have been taught the sexuality education course will obtain more sexual knowledge , have higher scale of satisfaction after being taught the course; their sexual attitudes are more objective and tolerant; they can bluntly envisage sexual impulse and masturbation, and the age of their first sexual experience is smaller; in the most of the student's point of view, a sexuality education course should be carried in a university or a college.Considering the importance of sexuality socialization, the sexuality education course in a university should adhere to the principles of scientific, systematic, respect and various mode.
