On Research Of Sports Talent Training Of Physical Education Professionals In Colleges And Universities For Primary And Secondary Schools In Hubei Province

Since the 21st century,with the primary and secondary schools to promote a comprehensive "New Curriculum" in the implementation process,as well as focusing on education and teaching carried out a series of reforms,the primary and secondary schools for sports professionals have become increasingly demanding.At the same time,as the number of the students for physical education is increasing year by year,the competitions are more and more serious,which are common problems to face and solve by primary and secondary schools and colleges and universities.Therefore,it is the main purpose of this paper that the investigation and analysis of the demand of sports talents in Hubei Province in primary and secondary schools and the exploration of professional training of physical education in colleges and universities.In this paper,the study is mainly on the sports demand of the primary and secondary schools in Hubei the exploration of professional training of physical education in colleges and universities.The study with different research methods such as questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics,the analysis of the demand for sports in primary and secondary schools is according to the demand for sports in primary and secondary schools the status quo(including the scale of demand,demand quality,demand potential) and the demand characteristics(including gender,age,height,professional and other characteristics).The results have shown that the demand for talented people in Hubei Province has reduced year by year in the overall trend,however,the quality of undergraduate and graduate students has showed that the proportion of the overall increase in demand on the needs of some potential;especially,the secondary school in terms of gender the introduction of the proportion of men is increased;the introduction of primary and secondary schools increased the percentage of female talent in the height requirements.There is also a significant difference in professional sports talents,such as the quality and professionalism.For the demand conditions of primary and secondary schools in Hubei province, this paper discusses the professional college of physical education training.It is believed that the College of Physical Education should establish a new college of physical education professionals training objectives;develop new physical education professionals training programs;reform physical education practice of professional personnel training. It is hoped that it should provide professional advice and reference for the physical education in primary and secondary schools and colleges and universities.
