Sports carries the strength of the country,the rejuvenation of the nation,and the strong national sports.The physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools play an important role.The physical education major in colleges and universities mainly trains the physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools,and it is related to the quality of the physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools.Therefore,physical education majors in colleges and universities should take the initiative to meet the needs of primary and secondary schools and cultivate qualified qualified physical education teachers.However,the training program for physical education majors in Henan Province is not well connected with the sports needs of primary and secondary schools.Therefore,the training program for physical education majors is studied to discuss whether the cultivation of talents meets the needs of sports in primary and secondary schools and finds a connection point between the two.The study is very necessary.This article begins with an analysis of the training objectives,curriculum setting,teaching practices,and skills competitions in physical education majors in six colleges and universities in Henan Province,as well as the theoretical knowledge,professional skills and teaching ability of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools.Use literature methods,interviews,questionnaires,comparisons,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Find out where they are fit and out of line,and provide suggestions for the training of college sports education professionals.This study draws the following conclusions: 1.the training goals of six colleges and universities in Henan province are mostly located in primary and secondary school physical education teachers,which are more consistent with the curriculum plan,but there is still a gap with the actual needs of primary and secondary schools.2.the physical education specialty of six universities in Henan province exists in the curriculum: the proportion of compulsory courses is higher,and the proportion of elective courses is lower.3.the opening of the theoretical courses of sports education in Henan is more satisfied with the needs of primary and secondary school sports;the technical movements of athletics,basketball,volleyball,table tennis and badminton are more satisfied with the needs of primary and secondary schools,but lack of training for the ability of referees,the lack of football and gymnastic technical movements and the demand for sports in primary and secondary schools.The restrictions on swimming,tennis and Taekwondo are few in primary and secondary schools.4.The primary and middle school physical education teachers' demand is mainly manifested in the high demand for the ability of security prevention,demonstration and demonstration,the ability to educate people,the ability of self movement,the ability to mobilize the hand gesture team,the teaching design ability and the organizing ability of the game planning.5.The social practice time of the six colleges and universities in Henan conforms to the requirements of the curriculum plan,but the school has not paid much attention to the practice of education,and can not meet the needs of the physical education teachers' practical ability in primary and secondary schools.Suggestions: 1.Colleges and universities should adjust the training program in a timely manner,make clear and specific training objectives,and pay attention to the comprehensive and coordinated development of students' professional knowledge,ability,methods and other qualities.2.Combine the same subject or marginal subject,and add the reduced school hours to the elective course.The same classes appear in the required courses or elective courses in different forms to set up new courses to meet the needs of students' interest.3.The curriculum content of physical education major in Henan province can be adjusted to sophomore year,and technical class hours should be appropriately increased.4.Henan province sports education major should combine the training target and the whole school section practice mode,draw lessons from the practice mode of the rotation system of the primary school section,the junior middle school section and the high school section.5.Henan province sports education major should pay attention to cultivating students' knowledge,ability and quality to meet the needs of primary and secondary school sports talents,so that the talents trained in sports education and the needs of primary and secondary school physical education teachers are perfectly docked.
