The Study On The Legal Issues Of The Elderly Spiritual Support

China is turning into an aging society, the elderly support and social security arise widespread concern, but just concerning of the elderly's material maintenance, neglecting of their spiritual support. China's elderly spiritual support problems stand out. There have been a lot of cases of the spiritual support. But the law only emphasizes the maintenance of economic as well as the security obligations, for spiritual support obligations ambiguity comparatively. Regarding the spiritual support is an inevitable requirement for social development. It plays an indispensable and important role at present. This paper concerns of the spiritual support problems of the elderly.In this paper, the author sums up the spiritual support problems of the elderly community on the basis of case studies and analysis of the questionnaire, and advance the legal concept of spiritual support. The author believe that the spiritual support problems belong to the moral issue, but it can be adjusted by law. Because the law is to adjust the minimum level of morality, the spiritual support should belong to the lowest level of morality with the current social development and progress of human civilization. This paper puts forward clearly the connotation of the spiritual support, defines the extension of spiritual support, and brings forward the specific details of spiritual support, as well as the rights of relief methods.
