A Research On College Students' Sub Health Diagnosis And Self Healthcare Prescription

Chinese Central State Department brought up 'The guide to put health in the first place in school education'.Health promotion is one of the essential tasks for school education.College students' sub health diagnosis is the basic way to realize the health promotion,also is an important criterion to evaluate physical education and health education.Physical inspection has been carried out universally in colleges and universities;however,sub health diagnosis is still unexplored.This study is full of practical and historical meaning to carry out 'Put the health in the first place' and improve the metal and physical health in college students.This study combined sub health diagnosis and health education and evaluation from a point of view of health promotion.Sub health diagnosis and technique were employed to establish a three dimensional system of indices to build up the practicality of sub health diagnosis and to improve health education and the validity of implementation of self health care prescription by designing self health care prescription and health education prescription;thus,to reach the purpose of active and effective health promotion.This study is based on three points of view:1) A view of "three-dimension" health suitable for college students,i.e.,physiological health, psychological and mental health and emotion health.2) A view of critical health point of sub health.Traditional health diagnosis is only based on pathological judgment but ignores the critical cutting edge of sub health between physiology and pathology.The two-way conversion from sub healthy to health is the key for teenagers to grow up healthily.3) A view of health promotion of self health care.Health promotion should be carried out all the way through College students;automatically activity should be sufficiently dependent to realize self health care and health promotion.This study achieved creativity of theory,methods and technique from the following ways:1) To achieve the theory creativity by establishing a two-way conversion from sub health to health during the development of college students.2) To achieve the technique creativity by establishing the indices system of sub health diagnosis and physical inspection.3) To achieve a method creativity by developing a applied software system.4) To achieve a group health promotion creativity by investigating self health care prescription and health education.The applied value of this study:1) The practical value that the results can be applied to health promotion in college system.2) It's of great importance to set up insurance measurements,carry out health management, predict the change of health status and utilize the resources of physical education as well when applying 'health management of medical insurance'.
