And also from the aspects of basic technical features of basketball and basketball players on the individual situation and so on are analyzed and discussed. To explore the correct, research on the core strength training methods of basketball programs, as well as on its practical in basketball teaching and training in the use of.This paper adopts literature data method, experimental method, comparative analysis method of these three kinds of scientific research. According to the research purpose and research contents, combined with the subject status of forces personnel level, group training for12week program.
