| That social control teachers and teachers control students is a basic assumption of the teacher's role from the Perspective of Sociology. Teacher-led teaching is the basic features of the teacher's role in the view of Sociology. At present, the main value of the students are growing louder, and put it as a critical tool for teacher-led. But this view ignores the students'physical and mental development features and teachers'value. Reality shows that: the weaken of the status of teacher-led will make the studies lethargy,and the lack of the teacher-led will make the studies become inefficient. On the other hand, teacher's role is a sociological concept, sociological perspective is the fundamental view of teacher's role, It is necessery for us to review teacher's role from the perspective of Sociology.This article is divided into four parts, the first part include the reseach origin, the definitions of related concepts, research synthesis, ideas and significance and so on.This part focus on the background and reasons of the article, defines the relevant concepts, describes the value and significance of the title, sort out research ideas, and prepare for the next reseaches.The second part is the general scrutiny of the teachers'role from the perspective of Sociology. Teachers are the spokesmen of society through the pursuit of their own significance and implementation to maximize the social function of education. Teacher's role have four main characteristics : compulsion , dominant, diversity and dynamic. The role theory shows that the positioning and changing of the teachers'role is a reflection of society necessary and a adapt of the changing society. The essential of the teacher's role is a social conflict, the adapt of the teachers'role is a continuation of the socialization of teachers. At the study of the teacher's role, the individual values and social values of the teachers should towards integration. It is necessery for us to review teacher's role from the perspective of Sociology.The third part expounds five teachers'roles from the perspective of Sociology. Teachers are leaders to dominant relations between the teachers, parents, students and collectives, to dominant teaching purpose, content, process and the development of students; teachers are controllers to controll the objectives, content, process and results of the studies, to control the behaviors of students; teachers are the authority of the teaching and management; Teachers are defenders to maintain the teaching order, on the one hand ,they must design and create good education environment, on the other hand,they must maintain the teaching orders, safeguard student's safety; teachers are interpreter to differentiate right or wrong, on the one hand,they must solve contradictions between students, on the other hand,they must make the judgment to students' behavior.The teacher's role of sociological perspective is not omnipotent, it have its own defects and shortcomings, we must to atonement these deficiencies to integrate the teacher's role at the premise of insisting the teacher-led. Part four of this article has two main parts: first, we should insist the teacher's role of sociological perspective;second, we should integrate the teacher's role to atonement these deficiencies of sociological perspective. Sociological perspective of the teacher's role has four main questions:first, the demands of teachers'quality are too high;second, the individual values and social values of the teachers from sociological perspective are contradictive; third, the dominant of teachers is not conductive to the students'cultivate creativity;fourth, the dominant of teachers is not conductive to the students'initiative study. In this paper, for the above problem, we should integrate teachers'role,Teachers must be the roles what mentioned in the third part of this paper, and life-long learner, perfect personality pursuer , the education researcher and so on. |
