With the gradual realization of education equity and the development of education balance, the micro-equity of classroom teaching is attracting people's attention .At present,the unfair phenomenon of classroom teaching widely exist in middle schools and primary schools ,caused by the education system, teachers'factors and students'differences .It is educators'and students'common desire to realize the fairness of classroom teaching.The paper explores the unfair phenomenon of classroom teaching mainly through the documents and root research ,such as classroom observation ,interview ,description and record and so on .There are five parts in this paper ,the first one ,through document ,state the present situation on the unfairness of classroom teaching home and broad ,and put forward to the study's value and meaning .The second one , starting with the conception on the fairness of classroom teaching ,the paper uses for the reference theory basis of teaching fairness home and broad ,further gives rise to three principles that the fairness on classroom teaching should follow ,that is ,the equity of chance ,the difference and the compensation .The third one is to look into the unfair phenomenon of classroom teaching .The paper chooses a class in Grade Three of a common high middle school as a study case and studies the respects of unfairness using class observation ,interview, material collection ,mainly on teacher-student communication, classroom questioning and management ,exercises'correction , student punishment and so on .The fourth one is to discuss the inner and outer reasons on the fairness of classroom teaching through analyzing the case in the combination of the above three principles ,and the last one ,according to the present situation of classroom teaching in China and the study on the tactics of the teaching fairness, the paper points out some advice and teaching model on the fairness promotion of classroom teaching ,such as different teaching ,level teaching ,cooperation learning and the teaching–learning united paper and so on .
