| Advancing fairness is the common pursuit of modern education, the point of penetration is classroom fairness to promote Education fair. Classroom fairness means that each student is treated equally by teachers, making students access to knowledge; emotionally experienced and respected by their dignity. Classroom unfairness will have a bad influence on teaching efficiency, as well as relations between teachers and students, students’ comprehensive development, therefore, advancing classroom fairness is brook no delay.After observing in some mathematics classrooms in a primary school by the researcher, the researcher draw a conclusion that there is unfairness existing in mathematics classrooms of primary schools. For space equal area but the students obtain different teaching resources significantly; the same class hardware facilities, but the allocation of teachers are not the same; the teachers and students are the dominant status in class, but alienation is obvious; the opportunities of playing the role of students in class, but the role of monopoly phenomenon is serious; the excellent students become the one person into different levels questions of all, but the students are victims of the object of the questioning, at the bottom of the positive feedback in classroom questioning; and differentiate the law of students’ development physically and mentally, confining students ‘comprehensive development and badly affecting the teacher-student relation as well as the quality of teaching.There are some main reasons leading to classroom unfairness. The mechanism of quality evaluation of school is the administrative reason to classroom unfairness. Many students sitting in one classroom is the environmental reason to classroom unfairness. The students lack of the concept of fairness, having little awareness of safeguarding their legal rights; the individual difference of every student and students’ family background will impact the classroom unfair. The teacher, Lacking of concept of fairness; teachers’ failure of upgrading their educational concept, the defect of profession ethnics, low capabilities to teaching, consequently, leading to classroom fairness.Based on principles of equality, difference,compensation and development, the researcher comes up with the method to advance classroom equality of primary schools. And we should take the following measures. The evaluation mechanism of teaching quality should be reformed, the administrative environment must be optimized. And establish multiple assessment system to evaluate students, and the developmental evaluation system of teachers should be built. The traditional layout of classroom has to be changed as well in order to build a free and harmony atmosphere for studying. Students can be divided into several teams to make students study and help with each other, diversified teaching. The class committee should be shifted to develop students’ awareness of being masters. Students’ basic rights should be explicated specifically and teaching methods have to be diversified. Broaden channels of teacher training, improve teachers’ comprehensive qualities, and strive to build a relatively fair classroom. |
