Teaching fair has always been the focus problem which is paid attention bypeople.With the development of society, we can see that the quality of teachers hasbeen greatly improved and some traditional education problems have also beenimproved, but at the micro level there are still unfair phenomenons in the classroomteaching.Analyzing the fairness, education fairness, classroom teaching fairness, thispaper summarizes the features of classroom teaching fairness and universitiesclassroom teaching. After analyzing the present situation of the fairness in universitiesclassroom teaching, it makes some recommendations to promote the fairness inuniversities classroom teaching.In the actual universities classroom teaching, due to the impact of social valuesutilitarian, loopholes education system, teachers and students themselves, and manyother factors, there are some unfair phenomenons, such as the uneven spatial andtemporal distribution of resources, teachers’ unreasonable teaching contents andmethods, teaching evaluation is not objective and so on. The existence of these unfairphenomenons impact on the students’ healthy growth seriously, the teachers’development and realization of the modernization of national education. This paperproposes concrete measures to solve the above problems, which are the governmentand the community working together to create the social environment for the fairnessin the classroom teaching, universities developing reasonable training objectives,improving organizational forms of teaching and teaching evaluation mechanisms,strengthening the construction of teachers’ teams, improving teachers’ professionallevel, enhancing students’ awareness of rights, and learning from the successfulexperience of foreign countries.
