Information technology and the rapid development of computer networks are profoundly changing people's work, live and study, and e-learning has become the most potential for development of the study, and its superiority is increasingly apparent. In classroom environment, network teaching overcome the "quick march" defects of the traditional classroom teaching, meeting each learner's learning needs and biggest autonomy. At the same time as the advent of a learning society and the development of lifelong education, traditional school education is not sufficient to satisfy the needs of the people, network teaching is an important way to build a learning society and promote life-long education, It satisfys the desire for knowledge and development. The design of network teaching environment has become an important field of modern education. Traditional network teaching environment did not concern the students, not fully in accordance with the students study the characteristics of individuals. The personalized teaching environment networks based on the learning style are an effective solution to this contradiction program. In this paper, under the guidance of Honey & Mumford's learning style model research, which divide learners into four kinds activist, reflector, theorist and pragmatist, the writer construct a network teaching environment based on learning style, and apply to the actual teaching, through the experimental data to verify and evaluate the environment in the mobilization of learners actively study and improve the effectiveness of performance study.The innovation and idiom of the thesis is to design a personalized teaching and learning environment of the network according to the characteristics of the learning styles, which is to provide a new mentality to impel the personalized network teaching environment construction.This article divides into eight chapters: chapter one introduces the background, the primary contents, the methods, the value and the frame of the research; Explaining the importance of the personalization network teaching environment construction; Chapter two explains the core concept which involved to the thesis, and proposes several aspects of the personalized network teaching environment design; Through the literature summary and the investigation analysis, chapter three explains that the design of Individualized network environment based on learning style is also at the elementary step, the research of related questions have some reference value to the network teaching's practice. Chapter four combeds the correlation theories, and generalizes the enlightenment of the theory bring to this research; Chapter five carries on the design of the personalized network teaching environmen under correlation theories; Chapter six explains the accomplishment of the core component, and in the article has given the detailed design mentality and the partial codes; Chapter seven confirms and appraises this effect of the environment to enhance study achievements through the real empirical datum. Chapter eight summarizes the whole thesis and comes up with the next step research work.
