With the depth development of “Work-Study” model curriculum reform ofGuanghzhou’s seondary vocational schools, it is a good way to adopt networkteaching for teachers to manage and educate students during enterprise practice.However, traditional network teaching lacks of techers’ monitoring and guidance,which affects students’ learning efficiency directly. Hence, this paper studiesthe influence of personalized learning behavior on networking learningefficiency, mainly from the aspects of the followings.The paper analyzes the concepts, features of “Work-Study” personneltraining mode, E-learning system teaching model, real-time monitoring of networklearning behavior as well as its personality, and the relationships among them.It proposes the existing problems of traditional network teaching, which is theentry point of this study. It also suggests adding real-time monitoring systemand the analysis of students’ personality in network learning, in order toimprove the effectiveness of students’ networking learning.The paper employs the survey of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) toinvestigate internship students as well as the SPSS19.0software to analyzethe influence of personality factors on learners’ personalized learningbehavior, and then comes to a conclusion.The paper is based on the theories of “Work-Study” model, BehavioralScience, Personality Theory, and it combines the results of the EPQ to designand realize a model. This model can classify and generate the data of personalitybehavior which are real-time monitored and gathered into a series of feedbacksand learning guidance, which are appeared to the students more visually, andare more convenient for students’ self-regulation as well as self-monotioring,and for amending their own learning plans and learning attitudes. Itappropriately makes up the shortage of lacking teachers’monitoring and guidancein network learning,which provides foundations for teachers’ personalizedcounseling for students. In the meantime, it improves the phenomenon of“networklost” when students are network-studying, which, thus, reaches the effecivenessof teaching optimization between teachers and students.The paper employs the experimental research method to analyze from theaspects of application effect and learning achievement. The results show that the test scores of the experimental group who use real-time monitoring andlearning behavior statistics function are better than the comparison group whodo not use real-time monitoting and learning behavior statistics function.That’s to say, with the support of model and the outside real-time monitoring,students can self-adjust their learning attitudes and learning behaviors in time,and students learning achievement can be improved effectively. The resultsdemonstrate the model is effective.
