In the context of lifelong education, lifelong learning and the learning society, lifelong learning is increasingly becoming a hot topic to explore. "After 80" working youths, they just out of the campus to the workplace. They will become the pillars of the country, the backbone of the society, and the state of their learning will get the general concern. This study combined with a questionnaire survey and interviews , surveyed 302 "After 80"who working in shanghai to understand their learning cognitive, learning emotional experience and the corresponding learning behavior, explored their attitude of lifelong learning in a systematic way .This paper consists of 7 parts:The 1 st part is Instruction. As the beginning of research, this part will introduce the genesis, background and significance of this paper.The 2nd part is Definition. In this paper it is necessary to clear the border of the "After 80" working youths, clarify the meaning, dimension and Manifestations of the attitude to lifelong learning, which laid the foundation for the following preparation of questionnaires research and analysis.The 3rd part is Summary of Relevant Researches. This part shows the research results of "After 80" working youths and the attitude to lifelong learning by collecting and arranging systematically current relevant research documents.The 4th part is Research Plan. This part illustrates the selection of research method, the design of research plan and the sifting and enforcement of sample, that is, choose interviewees, collect materials and analyze materials.The 5th part is status display. Through the questionnaire survey data to show the status of the attitude to lifelong learning, then, extract the basic conclusions and find several issues which been worthy concerned.The 6th part is influencing factors analysis. Combining the results of questionnaire survey and interviews, analysis the impact factors of lifelong learning attitude from both internal and external among them, the external environment factors include: mass media, school, family, peer groups, workplaces, community education, and social culture. Intrinsic individual factors include: learning experience and attribution, psychological needs, personality characteristics, deposits of knowledge, economy.The 7th part is Advices. combined with the Chapter V of the current status, characteristics and problems of lifelong learning attitude and the Chapter VI of the impact factor analyzes, gives the corresponding recommendations from the external environment and internal aspects. Finally, sums up the papers and reflection.
