With the further educational reforms in our country, the curriculum model has gone through the changes from the original monotonous national one into the administration of three divisions of nation, district and school. Exploration of school curriculum, whose core concept is to combine the exploration with specific school situations in order to suit the teaching practice and meet students'diverse needs, is a model related to the national one. Therefore, the research and practice of school curriculum is an important subject matter of the new curriculum reformation.The paper is a primary attempt to exploit and carry out the school curriculum on senior high school based on the teaching practice and combination of the practice in the school where the author works and teaching experience. It includes theories on exploration of school curriculum and its significance and its connotation and features, reviews the progress of exploration of school curriculum based on the research home and abroad, and in particular analyzes the present situations of exploration of school curriculum on biology in the school where the author works.Based on the previous preparations, the author proposes several solutions to some problems in the exportation of school curriculum, including attempts to carry out the whole process, such as setting curriculum aims, selecting the content, organizing classes etc.
