The new curriculum reform has been carried out ten provinces in the domestic in China. The extension of the reforming the new courses is Imperative. Almost each nation once carried out new course experiments, some succeeded while some failed. This study contrasts the histories of courses in China as well as the contrasts between China and the United States. The United States has been carrying out an extreme free teaching mode. The free degree of American education system is higher, and the selectivity is stronger, but its dependence is very low. However, under the Chinese educational system, which has a strong responsibility, China's education does not have to improperly look down on itself. It should not abandon its own cultural tradition rashly. It should fully understand its advantages as well as learn from others. In fact, we should not impute nobody in China has gained the Nobel prizes completely to China's elementary education. It is no doubt that China's elementary education is always in the most front of the world!This study take the biological curriculum as an example, first reviewed the domestic biological curriculum history. The biological curriculum has not received the enough value. The biological curriculum always pays great attention to the theoretical integrity and the systematic characteristic, the attention discipline elementary knowledge and the basic skill, the discipline knowledge system relative integrity curriculum system; this has built the solid knowledge foundation for student's development. But along with the Chinese economy development, China needs the various talented people, the need higher level worker. Therefore, as a teacher, working hard to enhance student's biological science accomplishment, will cause the student applies in the next study and in the work the biological knowledge to the practice The attention trains the student to understand between the science, technical, society's reciprocity. The teacher does not have to be partial to the student which studies hard; the study is only a way which the life must pass through. We have own national condition, and we impossible completely to use American the education pattern, but we may profit from American the education thought, Center we may strengthen the study from "the happy education" the interest, as a teacher, should embark from the reality, permeates the new curriculum idea in the biological classroom instruction, raises student's innovation spirit, strengthens the education for all-around development. Stimulates student's study interest, enhances student's study efficiency, diligently achieves take the student as this, face all student, does not let a student fall behind. New curriculum thought full body now in teaching activity.But under the college entrance examination influence currently, the new curriculum implements the difficulty to be very big, the new curriculum must change take the teaching material as the center for take the student as a center, this in takes an exam under the education primarily system, encounters the very major difficulty, mainly is: China insufficient creates the education resources to the education investment to be excessively scarce; Current school editions till take student's test result as evaluation criteria; The college entrance examination for the examinee, the school, the family pressure reduces by no means along with the economical development; As well as because the local economy development not balanced creates the education is unfair. How balances the school, the teacher, the guardian, the student all quarters benefit needs the reasonable policy to take the guidance.
