This paper begins with the social background of the biology curriculum renovation, and elaborates the basic concepts based on the biology curriculum renovation and senior high school biology curriculum standard ( using curriculum standard for short in the following ), at the same time, explains the practicing process of senior high school biology instructional design. The paper is for the purpose of probing into new teaching method which adopts to the curriculum renovation and the concept of curriculum standard, on the other hand, serves as a reference to the senior high school biology teaching.In this paper, the author elaborate the research with the connection between theories and searching practice. First, this paper introduces various viewpoints which defines the instructional design; clarifies the systematic theory, learning and teaching theory, mass-communication theory.The instructional design is based on these theories. Then, many contents are explained , that is, learning content analysis, learner analysis, the definition and explanation of studying target, the analysis of study need, the formulation of study, the selection of madia, the assess content and principle of instructional design result. Next, the paper analyses the guiding effect of teaching and learning theories and makes the practicing pattern of instructional design following the logic order of teaching. According to these, the author works out the curriculum renovation content based on long-time teaching practice.The author analyzed the teaching content with the method of drawing the diagram of knowledge structure. A research was conducted in the form of questionnaire, "precondition technical ability", and different kinds of function test in Class 063, 064 ( The Second Senior High School of Shenyang) with the aim of analyzing the students' psychological characteristic and starting point of study. By contracting practice , the author studied that the teaching effect was influenced by two teaching methods, that is, one is based on structuralism and the other is based on the studying message process.Besides, according to the theoretical analysis, the paper gives a study about the relationship between teaching characteristic and classroom teaching design, between teaching content and the selection of media; studies the definition and description of teaching target, the analysis of the studying need, teaching tactics and dividing principle of study group, which are used to develop the student's character.
