| University students are supposed to be responsible for national development and construction., so the cultivation of students are arousing more and more community concerns, and the status of students learning is the important manifestation of the students'professional quality . Nowadays, there are a lot of research about the learning status either at home or abroad , but there's still lack of the research about the university students . At present, our university are under the building of the undergraduate project, in the face of the this environmental background, the study aim at catching the students'learning status through the survey and analysis of 566 university students who major in techer education in our university.The study have found that there are advantages in our school's normal education, but,there are some problems as well. The advantages are : national policies tilt on teacher education; our school's own educatinal experience and history; much attention to the teacher education from our school leadership,teachers and students. Meanwhile, the problems cannot be ignored :(1) the students'own problems are : not mature enough ; poor self-control; decline of the source of students; lack of individual learning methods, lack of study motivation.(2) teaching elements mainly appear as the following : the school's teaching is too difficult for the students to understand; the content of teaching is too old; the teachers'teaching methods are behind; teaching mode does not have obvious feature; modern teaching methods are not high.(3) the problems in teachers guide also cannot be ignored .(4) the following factors have a serious impact on the students'interests in study : environmental factors, no strong professional identity, employment stress, career awareness .Some countermeasures and suggestions which aim at the problems of the students'learning status in our school are put forward: various measures are taken to stimulate the college students'thirst for knowledge;to train the inentidy with the major;to improve the teaching methods; to enhance the combination of theory and practice according to professional features; carrying out the recruitment and employment guidance to improve the students'learning initiative. |
