Caring the early childhood development of information are the most important aspect of evaluation, kindergarten teachers as a direct educators for children to master the use of observation records of child care skills evaluation is very important. Record act by observing, kindergarten teachers can be more profound understanding of the development of children and found that the unique nature of children, while the process of observation is to the process of cases observe, the process of professional growth. International education sectors has long been the focus of attention in the use of observation records, but that is still in the early stage at home. In this study, through the observation method to evaluate the use of child care research, analysis of the current kindergarten teachers observed the use of law exist, and to conduct in-depth analysis of its causes, and finally summed up solutions to this problem. Trying to enrich the theoretical evaluation of early childhood development,and support to provide a theoretical and practical guidance for kindergarten teachers to evaluate the use of observation.The main consists of four parts:Part one: Problem arising, The development of early childhood education reform needs kindergarten teachers'depth understanding in the children, kindergarten teachers can be observed to promote the common development of teachers and children,that is the context of the present study. Reviewing relevant literature,and Stating research methods.Part two: Combined with the specific case of the current,The author analyses the law questions of existence by kindergarten teachers on the use of observation records: the purpose of child observation record is not clear; the records is not an objective observation; kindergarten teachers are not effective use of observation records law.Part three: In the light of the actual specific, Analysing of the reasons that kindergarten teachers use observation recording:The main reason is the subjective quality of kindergarten teachers; the objective reason is that management and parents of kindergarten participation.Part four: The author put forward two mathods from that enhancing their own quality child care and kindergarten to provide support to address both aspects of kindergarten teachers.
