【Purpose】The core strength training has been aroused widespread attention of domestic experts and scholars at present.It has been used in special quality of training for our high-level athletes in particular.According to study the characteristics of Competitive Wushu,this research lead the core strength training theory into specific strength training of competitive Wushu Ta01u.The purpose is maximize develop the level of core strength about the core region muscles of athletes,thereby use the most direct and effective training method to develop the competitive level of athletes.The research filled the blank which the core strength training in the application of competitive Wushu Taolu,enrich methods and means of specific strengthtraining about competitive Wushu Taolu.【Methods】This research use literature,expert interview,experimental study, statistics and mathematical methods.【Results】After a 16-week core strength training to Wushu athletes,the levelof core strength have been improved remarkable.The core indicators of endurance and core indicators of stability all have significant differences,the core strength and core power all have obvious otherness.Particularly in the Wushu exercises,in,the conditions of fatigue,the standard of a single action,specification of a full set technical action,conversion speed,consistency,the whole effect after the completion of the single action and the acceleration of swinging kick in difficult air movements(strong contractility),the rotation capacity in the air,capability of stay in the air and the success rate of complete difficult actions all have considerable improvement,improve the competitive level of Wushu athletes effectively.【Conclusion】The core strength training theory exercise into the training of competitive Wushu Taolu is practical and effective.The core strength have strong function in basic skills of speciality,the forces level,the success rate of complete difficult actions and the whole competitive level for Wushu athletes.The improve of core strength create advantages for harmonious work of upper and lower limbs,it also have actual effect on the transmission capacity of nerve-muscle(control),keep body posture,coordination and sensitivity in the movements of athlete.
