In the Information Society,Network will become the importance Learning styles and the main learning tool for people to go to achieve the autonomous learning, collaborative learning and lifelong learning.But,how we can adapt to Network learning methods and establish a correct concept of the Network learning;how we can for the learning task to enter the effective page,accessing,processing and handling information to make it become our knowledge;how we can organize and implement inquiry-based learning activities for achieve the migration of knowledge or skills in different contexts;how we can initiatively take part in the exchanges and cooperation activities of the network;how we can monitor and evaluate the Network learning process and so on.all the specific Problems of Network learning to be resolved depend on the support of E-learning strategies.In this paper,basing on the study of positioning of Network learning and the meanings and characteristics of E-learning strategy and so on,Further,both the components and level of division of E-learning strategies to in-depth study,Building the macro-level model and micro-level model of E-learning strategy and integration of the two.The Macro-level strategy is the "foundation" of E-learning strategy,it is the integration the refining of a variety of specific E-learning strategies.Overall,the combination of Internal and external factors such as network technology and characteristics of learners.as a "strategic",to go to Macro-control for the network learning and the network environment.The Micro-level strategy is the "Auxiliary" of E-learning strategies,as a"tactic" to be directly used to guide specific process of the network learning.E-learning strategy is a combination of macro-micro-strategy to achieve the common role of network learning and the two complement each other.Secondly,through studying of network learning strategies and their model to guide the learner to get E-learning strategies,training and effective transfer,the purpose of strategy learning is to learn how to learn.And the basic purpose of E-learning strategy is to create new strategy,namely to master the methods of learning.Moreover,this paper utilize the model of E-learning strategies to guide the design and development of network course on macroscopic and microscopic,and further study the questions of specific application of strategic knowledge when design the network course of strategy learning type. Finally,through the "E-learning behavioral observations," Research on the design and implementation of activities to observe and record the individual learning courses on the network behavior,as well as individual training and tactical training,which verifies the conclusion of the study before us.And further thought,to solve the "information Trek","high consumption of low-efficiency" of the strategies,such as the general response.
