Modern pentathlon has already come in China for 27 years,Through the State General Administration of Sport,coach,and athlete's efforts, our country athletes have got certain achievement in recent years in world mega game,and has also got the historic breakthrough on Beijing Olympic Games.PLA Modern pentathlon team is an Excellent team in the homeland, and has big hope to get woman individual Modern Pentathlon championship in eleventh sessions of national games,this years is a very importantyear in preparing for the national games,conscientious systematic research for the it's winter training rhythm and athlete enginery characteristic will offer the training material,and give helps to Scientific research。In study choose 8 outstanding Modern pentathlon woman players from PLA team as our research object,and choose cruorin,blood urea,sour serum muscle kinas,serum testosterone,blood lactic acid,Vo2max as our research index,have studied enginery Characteristic of excellent modern pentathlon woman players,the oxygen ability has carried out a testing before winter training and after winter training,the winter training effect has been valuated with winter training results of rating and thewhole nation modern pentathlon championship.At the same time,the content of the winter training,the rhythm arrangements have been discussed。And reach the following conclusion:(1) The state is comparatively stable in winter training,athlete's State function show out to the adaptability training loads,winter training later stage is an altitude training stage,accompanying the stimulation training accumulation and the highland environment, athlete's cruorin was more initial than winter training 5 g/L retinue, the sour exciting serum muscle enzymatic activity has elevating trend obviously,blood urea of highland is not obvious difference with plain, individual difference-rization of three terms index athlete is obvious,the most excellent athlete shows better Adaptability to the acclimatization training the load.Two stages serum testosterone thickness tests display there is no obvious changes before winter training. (2) The no oxygen tests have been carried out on priority athlete before winter training and after winter training,athletes oxygen ability have raised,the blood lactic acid- speed curve equally moved to right obviously.(3) Vo2max have no obvious changes before winter training and after winter training,a long-distance running selects material among them among 5 running of direction athletes has the oxygen ability direction better than the others 3 swimming for selecting material athletes,tests result was better than athletes who have prepared for Athens Olympic Games.(4) Enginery tests being checked in winter training display that the activity checking the kinas ending serum of last 30 minutes inner athlete muscle acid rises obviously,U/L increases to 307.13 +/-97.82 U/L from the 199.13 +/-109.48 of early morning checking front,blood urea rises from 5.28 +/-0.60 of early morning till checking last 6.51 +/-0.86mmol/L, dawn the next day,the sour serum muscle kinas continues rising till 391.25 +/-104.12 U/L,but blood urea level 2 returns to normal in the future for 6.43 +/-0.63 mmol/L,gaps.(5) The systematic winter training and the 30th day to 40th day after the altitude training are the athlete' s Ideal stage.
