PE teaching system consists of many factors.To realize teaching activities best and get the most effective teaching results,it is necessary to bring all these factors into full play.This research is designed just on the basis of the above mentioned theory.With literature,questionnaire,expert interview and statistics,etc,this article tries to fully analyze the influencing factors on volleyball teaching in average four -year colleges in Henan province,which are supported by the optimizing theory in PE teaching process. Together with the new achievements gained in present volleyball teaching reform and research,the article puts forward some corresponding suggestions,as the following:1.Main Factors Influencing Volleyball Teaching Effects in Average Four-year Colleges in Henan Province.1.1 Evaluating and Inspiring Factors:credibility and affectivity of evaluating system;feedback and usage of evaluating results for both student's learning and teacher's teaching;teacher's post and course -teaching allowance;competition achievements of college volleyball group.1.2 Teaching Content and Aim Factors:acceptability and distinguishability,variety and interest of teaching content;degree and distinguishability,clearness of teaching aim;teaching process arrangement;teaching period and total time.1.3 Teaching's Quality Factors:teacher's language expressing ability;teacher's academic career;teacher's technical post title;teacher's research ability and teacher's age.1.4 Volleyball Environment Factors:after-class volleyball exercising;amateur volleyball competition on campus;natural environment surrounding the volleyball playground.1.5 Administrating Factors:volleyball playground and equipments;student's knowledge about volleyball sport;teacher's capacity in teaching and researching.1.6 Student's Learning Factors:student's aim and personal participation in volleyball class;student's sports ability;student's interest toward volleyball sport.1.7 Attitude Factors:teacher-student friendship;mutual help between students;teacher's guidance after class;teacher's teaching attitude and job-loving spirit.1.8 Teacher's Teaching Ability Factors:teaching organization form and measures;teacher's technical and tactic level;teacher's demonstration and applying ability of modern teaching measures.2.Characteristics of the Main Influencing Factors on Average College Volleyball Teaching Effect in Henan Province.Evaluating and inspiring factors can't be effectively carried out;volleyball teaching content and aiming system have no flexibility;teacher's academic career is below the average;scientific research level remains low;volleyball sport is greatly influenced by natural environment;atmosphere for volleyball exercising is not enough;financial aid is short;teaching staff is lacked;student's ability is low and their participation in volleyball sport is passive;student's satisfaction to the teacher is not great;the teacher often lacks after-class guidance;teaching methods are dull and teacher's demonstration cannot be brought into full play.
