Volleyball sport is a kind of technical leading class of the anti- sports, hard volleyball sport has a high degree of specificity and collective nature, action technology is complex, difficult to learn, long learning cycle, high quality of the participants, and more complex rules, so that many students feel difficult to grasp, students' lack of interest in volleyball, participation enthusiasm is not high, the teaching effect is not good. Park volleyball is a new volleyball sport, the rules are simple, easy to understand, the threshold is low, suitable for different age, different gender groups to participate in, can be used as the ideal of volleyball, can also be used for the development of high level sports.
