| As a student majoring in physical education in the School of Science and Technology of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education, hard volleyball is one of the courses stipulated in their training plan.Due to the technical characteristics of hard volleyball and the characteristics of the ball, for beginners,it takes a lot of hours to learn and To consolidate basic skills, however, the general volleyball course for students majoring in physical education has only 72 hours. It is far from enough to learn basic volleyball skills, tactics and corresponding theoretical knowledge in one semester.Furthermore, the course was in the autumn and winter of the last semester, especially in the outdoor courts.Volleyball itself is heavy, the ball is hard, and the flight speed is fast. When practicing the frontal double-handed ball technique,it may cause injuries such as bruising of the arms or contusion of the fingers.Make students feel intimidated. The characteristics of air volleyball are that it is large in size and light in weight. It will not cause pain when practicing frontal hands padding the ball. The flight speed is slower than that of hard volleyball.Students are highly interested in the learning process, which is conducive to mastering technical movements.More and more colleges and universities have launched gas volleyball activities.Under the same technical action requirements, taking advantage of the light and large volume of the air volleyball sphere, the air volleyball teaching is first used in the teaching process,in order to enable students to standardize the technical movements of the frontal hands to produce a positive migration effect on the frontal hands of the hard volleyball A good teaching effect is obtained in the padding technique. In this paper, scientific research methods such as literature data method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, and mathematical statistics method are used to conduct a mixed teaching experiment of air volleyball and hard volleyball frontal two-handed ball technique for students majoring in physical education in the School of Science and Technology of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,By comparing and analyzing the difference between the mixed teaching of air volleyball and hard volleyball and the teaching effect of traditional hard volleyball techniques, the following conclusions are drawn:1.Through the comparison of the teaching effect of the frontal hands-on ball in the experimental class and the control class, the experimental class with air volleyball teaching is significantly better than the control class after the experiment. It shows that the effect of adding air volleyball teaching in the early stage of volleyball teaching is obviously better.2.After the experiment, the test scores of both the experimental class and the control class were better than those before the experiment. However, the improvement rate of the experimental class’ s performance on frontal balls with both hands was higher than that of the control class. No matter in the technical assessment, the standard or the total score, the improvement rate of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class.3.Through the experiment, comparing the questionnaires before and after,it is concluded that the enthusiasm of the experimental class to continue learning volleyball is stronger than that of the control class.Through the teaching of air volleyball, students can reduce their sense of fear.Especially in winter, under the influence of the external environment with low outdoor temperature, the degree of fear is reduced, the technical movements of volleyball padding can be more stable, and the learning effect is better. |
