The Study Of The Problems Of Urban Community Governance

After 30 years of reform and opening–up, China's urban grass-roots social management system is gradually from the system unit to the community system. At the same time, with the development of the economic system and administrative system,and some enterprises and institutions of social management functions have been spun off. Part of the government's social management functions have been transferred to the urban grass-roots organizations.The community of the city's most Grass-roots organizations has become a social hub for all types of contradictions, the work of the implement of the point. As a result, how to choose a reasonable model for community governance to promote community building with has the significance and influence.This study analyzes in the current model of governance the community at home and abroad on the basis of constraints on the model of community governance elements, the final co-management balance of community-based models to explain. At present, the main mode of community governance from the perspective of both domestic and foreign sort out, the United States , Singapore and Japan for the analysis of samples, that the national perspective, from a macro grasp on the Community governance model of the existing results, and its pros and cons as well as our community governance model with the selection of reference were analyzed.In this paper, the current governance practices at home and abroad carding community on the basis of the elements of community governance constraints are analyzed, the last type of cooperation in a balanced interpretation of community governance. At the same time ,taking Suzhou Canglang communities governance as an example of these communities through the analysis of governance practice, to a certain extent reflects the co-operation with the real meaning of a balanced, so the adoption of the case analysis, to further cooperation in a balanced grasp type viable community-based governance and rationality.
