Throughout the process of human activities, people will more often than not need some strategies to back up their behaviors, to which cooperation activities is no exception. As a basic means of human activities, cooperation is the process in which the main body tries to achieve the objectives by way of certain strategies, which is also the case with children activities. However, Domestic and international research on the strategies of co-operation are deeply poor, only some research results also are only the guiding concepts and the slogan -like appeal. This research tries hard through the baby companion to cooperate the strategy system research to game in, promulgates the baby to cooperate comprehensively the strategy utilization condition. The basic characteristic and the correlation influence factor, thus provides for the preschool education worker is more beneficial in enhances the baby to cooperate realizes and cooperates ability education suggestion.The research drawing on symbolic interaction theory, social learning theory, the goal structure of the theory and cognitive development theory study deeply child care strategy for peer cooperation in early childhood companion's games among peers in different classes in a large, medium or small in a kindergarten in Kaifeng. The study found that co-operation strategy for a child has four characteristics in game activities: 1.Changing from single to multiple; 2.Changing from a command-type to the consultation-type; 3.Changing from the use of unconscious strategy to the use of conscious strategy; 4. It has different cooperation strategies in the Games between the case with the teacher participation and the case of child spontaneous activity. After the above-mentioned characteristics of the factor analysis, the researchers concluded the following conclusions :1.Types of games influence the use of cooperative strategies;2.Frequency of cooperation strategies vary with teachers' participation;3. Marginal participation of the children learn an effective way of co-operation strategy; 4.The use of cooperative strategies exhibits characteristics of different stages;5. Children's personalities and emotions influence the choice of cooperative strategies.According to above research conclusion, the researcher proposed following five educations suggested: 1. Guiding young children to utilize the different cooperation strategy to complete the cooperation the goal in different game; 2.raiseing young children's cooperation consciousness, guiding the baby academic society to use suitable the cooperation strategy; 3.providing the observation and the imitation object for the young children, instructing the young children to study the related cooperationstrategy in the concrete situation; 4. grasping the young children to cooperate thestrategy law of development, taking the young children to move the sentiment training;5. using the guardian resources effectively, enhances the young children to utilize thecooperation strategy effectively ability.
