| From the perspective of the development process of human society,only cooperation can ultimately achieve the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.At present,natural resources and social resources can not meet the needs of human development,so people must establish a cooperative relationship to maintain the win-win of individual interests and collective interests.From a psychological perspective we can also study the truth of cooperation by studying the factors that enhance the willingness to cooperate.The game of public goods is a common social dilemma in our life,such as tax payment.In reality,high power is often accompanied by high taxes,and more taxes can guarantee the construction of national infrastructure.Whether people can contribute their own interests for the interests of the country is worth exploring.There are two experiments in this study.Experiment one adopts a hybrid design of 2(social value orientation level: Pro social / personal)× 3(cooperation of the other party: none / high / low).In the experiment,the scale tool is used to measure the social value orientation.In the public goods game,the information of cooperation of the other party is added,and the level of cooperation without the other party,high level of cooperation of the other party and cooperation of the other party are set The purpose of the low level situation is to explore the differences in cooperation level among individuals with different social value orientations in three situations.In Experiment 2,the mixed design of 2(level of social value orientation: Pro social / personal)× 3(level of cooperation of the other party: none / high / low)× 2(level of sense of power: high sense of power / low sense of power)was adopted.After measuring the social value orientation of the subjects,the high and low sense of power of the subjects were manipulated through the recall writing paradigm,and then the subjects were allowed to participate in the public goods game tasks with different levels of cooperation of the other party To systematically explore the influence of power sense on the level of cooperation of individuals with different social value orientations under different levels of cooperation.The results show that:(1)individuals with Pro social orientation show a higher level of cooperation;(2)individuals with high level of cooperation show a higher level of cooperation;(3)individuals with high sense of power have a lower level of cooperation than those with low sense of power,while those with Pro self orientation are more susceptible to the influence of sense of power;(4)social value orientation,cooperation and sense of power There is interaction among the three.When the low sense of power is activated,the individual who is self oriented will have a higher level of cooperation.Previous conclusions about the influence of SVO on cooperative behavior,are proved by the above results,deepen the rationality and applicability of the appropriateness framework and the approach inhibition theory of power,and also show that the cooperation level of social members with different personal characteristics can be effectively improved in the cooperative atmosphere,especially when enterprises are preparing new projects,in order to effectively deal with the problems within the project team Miscellaneous information needs the mutual support of every member of the team.Therefore,we should choose Pro social individuals who are good at overall planning and are dedicated to the collective as the power center,and arrange them at the grass-roots level to participate in the basic work in person,which can effectively promote mutual help and mutual assistance among different power levels,and achieve win-win cooperation between departments,This has certain reference significance for our real life. |
