Research On The Development Of High-level Model Sports Teams In Jilin Universities

There have been more than two decades and trained many outstanding athletes for high level sports teams in college, however, we have to say that it have still a long way to development. Meanwhile, there is a very large difference in some college. So, for understanding the targeting and development model, the author analyzed the development ways of high level sports teams in Jinlin province and provided some conference.By sorting out some investigations and methods of literature, logic analyzers, SWOT model, statistics, the article studied the strength, weakness, opportunity and treat of sports team in Jilin province, then, the author discussed the development model, finally, the results are as follows:(1) The strength can include the conditions of scientific research, some of the projects achievements and regional resources; weakness is sport evel, targeting and technology services; the opportunity is team experience, including macroeconomic policy, coaches and market development; threats can include the quality of students, projects and the disorder of evaluating system .(2) Based on the development of high-level sports team analysis on Jilin province , This article provided the three development model of SO, WO, ST. that is to say, internal strengths and external opportunities, external opportunities and internal weakness, internal strengths and external treat.(3) For this stage of China's level of development of sports and college sports teams, this article analyzed the targeting of sports team, emphasized on the training model of"primary school-middle school-college", finally, college can train athletes by oneself. As far as some games are concerned, try to participate in some games, but the events can be different for Olympic games. Because that it can be Unrealistic at present.(4) Although some studies suggest that the quality of students is an important constraint for high-level sports teams of China's colleges, but the author believes that the reasons is that the targeting is not set up clear and events is messy. If we can adjust some events, good results can be achieved.
