Study On The Sustainable Development Of High Level Sports Teams In Universities In Jiangsu Province

At the 2008 Beijing Olympics,China has achieved remarkable results.But,Compared with the gold medals and honors the Chinese team has gotten,The overall performance at the 2012 London Olympics is not as good as four years ago.So,rethinking the future of China’s sports while changing the development pattern becomes more important.The birth of high-level sports teams is a new way to improve the level of the sports.It is an important strategic measure proposed under the guidance of the National Sports trends.A high-level sports team in universities has become a new branch of sports.It changed the traditional training model in sports schools,and trained lots of good athletes with high knowledge.However,cultivating all-rounded sports talents needs to be more scientific,effective and sustainable planning.Sustainable develop the high-level sports team advancing with the times has become a topic which is worth discussing.In recent years,influenced by the environment of sport policy,large of Jiangsu universities began to expand recruit athletes recruitment continually,Which led university athletes increased every year.But with current situation,whether or not brought the improvement of sport performance,and if achieved the target of "to cultivate the comprehensive athletes for our nation.With the current situation of high level sports teams in universities,a lot of corresponding problems appear.For example:Why high-level athletes have difficulty finding jobs after graduation?How to find the balance between learning and training?If it is sustainable on high level sports teams in universities?Obviously,solving the problem from all aspects is the basis for the development of high-level sports team in universities.Focusing on some high level sports teams of universities in Jiangsu,this article will analyses the principle of sustainable development。Combined with the development of China’ sports career and situation of high level sports,this article will also find new ideas to solve this subject.This paper is mainly based on the following five aspects:1.we must follow the guidance of the ministry of education and the General Administration of Sport.Since 1987,although our Country has a clear guiding ideology for the construction of high level sports team.There is a huge gap between the effect of construction and the guiding ideology Because of the restriction of subjective and objective conditions.2.summarize and promote the experience of the construction of high performance college sports teams in Jiangsu Province and seek a sustainable development model.3.Analyze and diagnose the model building of High-Level Sports Teams in Jiangsu universities and the existing problems,this article will try to identify the problems、clear the direction and develop strategies for sustainable development.4.promote the improvement of sports in Jiangsu province,as well as enhance our overall capability of sports.5.Under the new social environment,through the use of new media,the new promotion methods,making it impossible to conform to the new ideas of social modernization and further promote the sustainable development of high-level sports teams in universities.
