Since the establishment of 51 pilot schools in China in 1987 to run high-level sports teams,after 32 years of development,there are currently 61 general colleges and universities in which volleyball teams are run in China.The level of competition has reached or reached the highest level in the country,and it can be said that it has initially reached the goal of running a team.However,as far as the effectiveness of running high-level volleyball teams in colleges and universities is concerned,the number and quality of delivering outstanding volleyball players is far from enough.The achievements of China’s high-level volleyball teams in world competitions are not satisfactory.High-level volleyball players are rare,failing to achieve the ultimate goal of glorifying the Olympic Games and training reserve talents for competitive volleyball,and it is difficult to shoulder the important task of realizing the sustainable development of competitive volleyball in China.Located in the capital of China,the overall development level of high-level volleyball teams in Beijing’s universities represents to a certain extent the overall development level of our country.Therefore,it is necessary to give full play to the leading role of the "leading" model to drive the high-level volleyball teams in universities across the country Progress and development,and jointly promote the realization of the "higher,faster,stronger" goal of China’s competitive volleyball and cultivate more,better,high-level competitive volleyball talents.On the basis of combing the development status of high-level volleyball teams in colleges and universities in Beijing using literature analysis and questionnaire survey methods,this paper mainly uses SWOT analysis to take the internal and external factors and coping strategies that affect the development of high-level volleyball teams in Beijing colleges and universities as The research object analyzes the internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats in the development of high-level volleyball teams in Beijing’s colleges and universities,and gives four types of coping strategies through a combination of internal and external factors."Strong and strong" SO strategy proposal to promote and promote the better and faster development of high-level volleyball teams in Beijing universities.It will be more or less practical reference for other scholars to conduct research on the development of high-level volleyball teams in universities in Beijing or other provinces and cities nationwide.The conclusions of this article are as follows:1.The high-level volleyball teams run by universities in Beijing have experienced 32 years of development from the beginning to the present.It can be regarded as a "long history".At present,there are 17 high-level volleyball teams in universities in Beijing.Larger.The overall strength level is high,but the development within the team is uneven,and the strength gap between the strong and weak teams and between the men’s and women’s teams is large.2.Internal advantages: Beijing has many famous schools and great appeal;the geographical environment is superior,the primary hubs and centers have many opportunities for communication;the strength of the athletes is generally higher,and there is considerable time and space for further improvement;The overall quality of the coaches is good;the school’s basic stadiums and various venue facilities are relatively complete.Beijing’s universities have rich scientific research resources,good scientific research construction,and high scientific research level.3.Internal disadvantages: Inadequate coaching team configuration and lack of professional support;project funding,especially training funding,which is difficult to meet and needs for further development;poor job construction in logistics services and sports medical security;and coaching The full-time professionalization and appointment system of staff members cannot be implemented without comprehensive popularization;some universities do not pay enough attention to the volleyball team,do not have realistic short-term goals and long-term goals,and cannot reasonably and accurately conduct themselves.Positioning;imperfect reward and punishment mechanism;insufficient scientific training;4.External opportunity factors: The state attaches great importance to and supports the high-level sports teams(including volleyball teams)run by universities.From the 2018 CUVA event,it has entered a new era of market-oriented operation.The media network continues to evolve.The excellent international performance of the National Women’s Volleyball Team since 2016 has created a healthy and positive atmosphere for the development of high-level volleyball teams in universities.5.External threat factors: China’s "combination of sports and education" mechanism is not perfect,causing many conflicts between the sports and education sectors.There is a lack of better construction in all aspects of CUVA events.Regardless of the quality or quantity of student sources,it cannot meet the needs of colleges and universities.The professionalization of Chinese volleyball players in colleges and universities is not smooth.The media network paid less attention to and promoted competitive volleyball in colleges.Based on the results of the SWOT analysis of the importance of internal and external influence factors,it is recommended to choose a pioneering strategy combining internal and external factors with a high average importance,that is,a "strong combination" SO strategy(relying on internal advantages and utilizing external opportunities),To promote the further development of high-level volleyball teams in Beijing universities.
