Based on the "ordinary high school math curriculum standards (Experiment)" ,the high school math curriculum reform is promoting gradually and orderly throughout the country. As the scope of this reform and the breadth of content are unprecedented, thus a significant portion of high school math teachers are not adapting to the reform. How to do a good job in the interface between of the math teaching of the junior and senior high school against the background of the new curriculum to make the junior high school students adapt to high school math courses better is a new problem to be resolved facing many middle and high school teachers. There is no doubt that the key step for the senior high school math teachers is to strengthen their own quality of the interface.This graduate thesis firstly analyzes the characteristics of high school mathematics curriculum and student diversity on a theoretical level, discussing these factors and the relationship between the inconsistency of the literacy development of the junior and senior high school math teachers. On this basis, the author investigates and learns about the current structure of middle and high school teachers in literacy and the status of existing differences. The author further integrates the understanding of the quality of math teachers against the background of the standard curriculum classes and do research through cases to explore the solutions to the convergence of the quality of middle and high school teachers.Through research, this graduate thesis comes to the ideas as follows :1. The premise of the convergence is to understand the basic of student learning fully.2. The key to the convergence is to grasp the rules of math learning seriously. 3.The means of the convergence is to improve teaching methods actively.4. The targets of the convergence is to strive to cultivate innovation capability.
