This research,took the teacher receptivity theory model as the elementary theory foundation, the new elementary education curriculum reform as the research background, the reform of the high school mathematics curriculum as the research beginning, through by the questionnaire survey and the interview to the math teachers of high school in Jilin Province,in which we know the high school math teachers receptivity to the new mathematics curriculum, understand the main factors affect the teacher receptivity and behavior intention to the high school mathematics curriculum. this thesis analyze the high school mathematics teachers'performance in the curriculum implement, and make some suggestions on how to enhance the teachers'receptivity and eliminate resistance in the curriculum implement.Through the investigation and study,this research find that there were different of the high school math teachers'attitude to the high school mathematics new curriculum. And in the new curriculum implement, the teachers'behaviors also are different. specially the teacher receptivity displayed the general level, but the teachers'behavior intention show high level; with the significance tests, the teachers'receptivity and behavior intention in whole do not have the significance difference in the situation variables such as the sex, education background, status and work age, type and position of the school.The research also find that two variables:"teacher professional development"and"value for students"become two main factors affected the teachers'receptivity to the curriculum reform and the behavior intention in curriculum implement. Two variables in that model account for about 54.8% variance, then remove some items into the other variables and have a new model. with regression analysis, two variables:"teacher professional development"and"value for students"also are two main factors affected the teachers'behavior intention in curriculum implement. In this new model two variables account for about 55.8% variance, specially,"teacher professional development"account for about 51.3% variance. thus teachers must improve themselves by new curriculum study and enhance the teacher receptivity, change teaching minds and manners.Moreover, in the survey and interview, more teachers raise some questions about new curriculum. Thus this thesis analyze the teachers'receptivity and those questions, makes some suggests on how to enhance teacher's receptivity and eliminate resistance:1. we must pay attention to the teachers'attitude to the curriculum reform;2. there are three ways to establish systems to enhance teacher's receptivity: enhance the teachers' receptivity from curriculum itself characters; enhance the teachers'receptivity from the curriculum management in the implement; pay attention to the teacher professional development, establish the common development prospect and power system.
