A Study On University Students' Employment Guidance Courses Construction

With the establishment and development of socialist market economy, there have been continuous in-depth reforms in university graduates' employment system. On this background, how to well guide university graduates' job-hunting and to effortlessly realize university students' successful employment has become the priority and focus of university graduates employment work. It can not only promote the efficiency and quality of the guidance work for university graduates' employment but also can direct university graduates' smooth employment to realize their life value. The significance of employment guidance courses has been recognized by us; however, there are still some difficulties in the course of its development, such as the courses themselves, teaching administration, teaching staff and teaching research; therefore, to build and develop the courses of university graduates' employment need further research and discussion.This thesis consists of five parts:Part one is introduction. This part mainly introduces the research background, literature review, definition of relevant concepts, research thinking flow and research method.Part two is the value analysis of university graduates' employment courses' construction. This part analyzes the value of university graduates' employment courses from three perspectives respectively, i.e. society, universities and students.Part three is the courses and development of G university graduates' employment courses construction. Taking the case of G university for analysis, this part first discusses the G university graduates' employment courses construction backgrounds through both internal and external factors. And then is a brief review of the courses of G university graduates' employment courses construction. And finally this part illustrates the present situation and development of G university graduates' employment courses from three perspectives, i.e. course system planning, whole course implementation and guarantee mechanism.Part four is the analysis of existing problems and reasons in university graduates' employment courses. According to the employment guidance courses construction situation in G university, this part summarizes the existing problems, including the shared problems and individual problems in employment guidance courses construction, and further analysis is made. Part five is measures and suggestions. Based on the questions put forward above, this part puts forward corresponding measures on how to improve university students' employment guidance courses construction from four perspectives, i.e. strengthening the course environment construction, self-building, teaching staff building and students' employment attitudes and awareness education.
