Research On Reproductive Rights Of Contemporary China

As to any animals,the survival and reproduction are the most important and most basic activities, especially for human. Human equally cares about reproductive right. The formation of reproductive rights is a natural process, which is to maintain a natural right of the continuous population production.With human's social progress and development, the conditions of population has became increasingly close with social economy, resources and environment,and the same is closely to the social welfare and the living standard of citizens a society, which directly affected the sustainable development of society.Therefore, the reproductive right is no longer just a natural concept in a modern society, but it has become a legal concept,which has important legal and social significance.In the stage , the research on reproductive right still has no clear legal provisions, which mainly remains in the contention stage,and as to the reproductive right issues there are many more differences related to the understanding As to the formation and evolution of history of reproductive right, I think that it has gone through three phases in the history process of reproductive rights: the natural reproductive stage, obligations reproductive stage and reproductive right stage;And that reproductive rights is a fundamental personal rights ,belonging to personal right of citizens, meanwhile to human right.This paper attempts to study the formation and evolution process of reproductive right, analysis the legal attributes of reproductive rights, summ up the content and empowerment of reproductive right, summarize the forms of reproductive infringement and relief channels, comprehensively analysis various elements and species of reproductive rights,absorb the existing theoretical results, aim at breaking the single study pattern of a particular aspect and a particular area of the reproductive right , to reach a consensus with a view study in the field of reproductive rights, in order to achieve more effective protection for reproductive rights, so as to pave the way for building a complete reproductive right system.
