A Brief Analysis On The Relationship Between National Conciousness And Golbal Conciousness Of City Middle-school Student

Scholars have done many researches on adolescent national conciousness. Under the background of globalization, some of them also begin to advocate the cultivation of adolescent global conciousness. This paper aims to analyse adolsecent political psychology basing on the measure of two concepts: national conciousness and global conciousness, and each of them has three dimentions: recognition, emotion and behavioral intention. Considering globalization affecting city more deeply, the study only focus on city middle-school student, and we got two hypotheses. First, for city middle-school student, theire national conciousness are correlative with global conciousness. More rational national conciousness correlate with more open global conciousness. Second, the degree of globalization detemines the correlative degree of the relaiton. In order to evaluate the hypotheses, a survey of questionnaire was conducted in 8 schools of Beijing and Zhengzhou. Through correlative analysis among the 6 dimentions, we got 9 group relations, which partly accord with our hypotheses. Finally , we got the result that a new type of national conciousness was formed among city middle-school student.
