Research Of The Status And The Resolvement Of The Vocational Education In Yongchuan

In recent years, Yongchuan Region'Party committee at all levels , the local government and the department concerned have acted seriously in the spirit of great development of vocational education from the Party Central Committee and State Council and have strengthened the lead of the work of the whole local vocational education. The local vocational education has rapidly and sustained developed. The scale of running a school has been rapidly enlarged; the quality and the result of running a school has been distinctly enhanced; and the ablity of serving the ecomonic socity has also been clearly raised. However, overall there are still problems in vocational education. There is short of funds; basci ability is not strong; the development is not balanced; and the mechanism of running a school and the scale , the structure , the quality and the effects of training talents can not meet the need of development of economic society. In order to change the difficult position of vocational education's development, from the basic principles of vocational education, this paper tries to give out a detailed study on vocational education in Yongchuan Region and expects to make a contrbuition to the vocational education's development in the near future.This paper has six chapters. The first chapter gives out the reason for choosing the topic: the vocational education's connotation and characteristics and the necessity of developing our country's vocational education. The second introduces the present situation of Yongchuan Region's vocational education. The third concludes the present problems in Yongchuan's vocational education: 1. The management of vocational education in Yongchuan can not keep up with the development of vocational education.2. The educational resources is badly needed. 3. The students'mental health is less paid attention to in management.4. The pattern of combining schools and companies are not well carried out. 5. The system of employment is not well fulfilled.The fourth chapter discusses the vocational education's present studies at home and abroad and the enlightments from international experience. The fifth one puts forward some suggestions about the reform and the development of vocational education in Yongchuan : 1. Strengthen the overall managing and further establish the vocational education's strategy status. 2. Enlarge the input of the vocational education's funds and enhance the training teachers.3. Strenthen the management of students and focus on the students'mental health.4.Build up the companies'participating consciousness to vocational education and consolidate the patter of combining schools and companies. 5. Strengthen the implement and the standard of the system of employment.
