Research On Vocational Education Development Innovation

As an important constituent of the education system, the innovative need in vocational-technical education is more urgent, and the innovative space is also bigger, compared with other education forms. After"the WTO entry", the economic structure has changed, so the educational structure also needs adjustment. There is an urgent need to accelerate the cultivation of technology application talents. This article takes the laws of education as the theoretical principle and the external relations of education as the masterstroke, in view of the practical problem that there is a serious short of technology application talents currently in China, takes it as the breakthrough point that adapting the economic development could provide huge survival and development space for the vocational education, has thoroughly and carefully analyzed the present situation of vocational-technical education and the vocational education environment, and expounded the supply and demand relationship between regional economic development and the vocational-technical education. On this basis, this article takes adapting the regional economic development and cultivating technology application talents as the starting point, from both macroscopic and microscopic perspectives, proposes innovative conception on the vocational-technical education development, from the aspects such as the educational structure system and layout, specialty establishment, curriculum establishment, teaching quality, ability cultivation, teachers training and so on, attempts to construct the development frame for vocational colleges and universities from theory and practice, defines the development train of thought for vocational colleges and universities, in the hope of providing theoretical support for the sustainable development of the vocational colleges and universities.
