Along wish the reform and the opening up,and along with the industrialization,the urbanization and the expansion of the . labor market,there are massive population movement in China.The main of these are peasant workers. Because of the social status, the identity and the nature,there are many problems on the right to education for peasant workers'children .These problems reflect that the right is not equal with their contribution to our country's economy and will influence the growth and development of their young generations,further more disturb the future development of China,Therefore,the right to education for peasant workers should be dealt with as part of peasant workers affair ,especially as part of their education ,so that these children can receive equal and proper access to education,which is not only fit for a harmonious society of humanistic,but lays a solid foundation for sus tainable development so as to promote the social development healthily and stably.
