Under the new curriculum reform driven by the traditional mode of teaching has been a huge shock, "What kind of education is good education?" Into sharp focus. Modern mathematics education in secondary schools, students solve mathematical problems of teaching mathematics education has become an important goal of the syllabus and curriculum plans are made clear to train students to analyze and solve problems. "Problem Solving" as a secondary mathematics education at the core of the international mathematics education has been mentioned in the focus of the meeting. In order to carry out the mathematics curriculum reform in China's education policy, the author of China's response to the current status of secondary school math teaching, combined with their mathematics teaching practice in order to be able to investigate the situation and the need to adapt to the new teaching methods - "to solve the problem of teaching.In the paper the author firstly makes an account of the present situation and puts forward the significance about Problem-Solving Teaching.Secondly,the author states the principals of the theory.In the following part the author makes an investgation on the present mathematics teaching and shows the results and analysis of investgation.Thirdly,the author uses own particular way to design the teaching on the base of the research above.The author makes full use of a satistic data and does research related to goal,content,strategy and procedure designs awarding to several hands-on cases.In the end,comparing Problem-Solving Teaching with traditional-teaching,the author makes an evaluation and personal expection.In a word,it is Problem-Solving Teaching that is easy to step into new curriculum and helps us easily make our elementary curriculum reform a success.
