We are being in the time which an information increases sharply, society's change the way which understood not completely by one kind of us are also affecting and enter us to live, study many domains. The new round curriculum reform stressed that the student studies the way, the teacher behavior and the role, the student to the process experience, and stressed that strengthens the information technology in the teaching application as well as brand-new, the development appraisal view. The traditional teaching design has not been able to meet the informationization teaching need, carries on the informationization to the teaching process and the teaching organize thought the design, promotes under the new environment the teaching effective to achieve imperative already.Under the new situation's change brings the experience first should let the teacher who assumes the dominant position in the pedagogical activity have the experience. The author integrates the new curriculum in teacher informationization teaching design training the idea, by, in "makes" the way which studies thoroughly, helps the teachers to transform the idea into the practice. This to promotes the teaching way and the study way transformation is the positive effective attempt, has certainly certainly to the teacher informationization teaching design's training work profits from the significance.The content of design of informationization teaching is very wide. In this paper, we investigate and analyse the training program and implementation of informationizaition teaching in some major steps tied up informationization teaching process basis on traditional teaching design and using for reference of foreign classical informationization teaching. Meanwhile , we illustrate wholly the design and contents of training program of informationization teaching in the sectors of teaching aims, teaching scene, teaching problem, teaching task ,teaching frame, and teaching evaluation design by means of teaching cases, so that facilitate teachers to take the reins of method and design of informationization teaching gradually in practical training and teaching cases analysis.In this study, we recorded the changes of teacher's idea and ability in their training process by investigation and questionnaire. The teachers can facilitate their ability to design informationization teaching exerting a subtle influence through training and making "active formation", and transform their teaching idea and action especially their inner digestion, strengthen their confidence during the informationization teaching. Thus , it provides a essential base on an effective teaching.
