College Teaching Information Technology Functions Of The Institution-building Study

Since the 1990s, with the rise of the revolution in information technology and the advent of the information age, the global raised a rapid information wave. As an important symbol of national modernization degree, informationization becomes a strong power promoting economic construction and social development, and the only way to face modernization for universities. As an important measure of education moderzation, teaching informationization functional organization of university is playing an immeasurable role in the process of informationization.In our teaching informationization construction practice, many universities have made staggered progress, information infrastructure of the digital campus has been basically completed, hardware and software environments have been greatly changed, but the exploration road is not problem-free. At present, the role of teaching informationization functional organization in native universities have not yet received enough attention, quite a number of universities have not constructed overall framework, the organization's function orientation, organization system, main works, team construction and security system remains unclear, theoretical study and practice related exist difficulties and problems. Institution innovation and reform are imperative, searching for appropriate construction road of teaching informationization functional organization becomes a serious problem need to be solved.The construction of teaching informationization functional organization is a complicated system engineering, we must analyze from an macroscopic and overall view to better understand its connotation, analyze the construction model, adopt the appropriate strategies. This article carried research on construction of teaching informationization functional organization from the view of system, firstly the author analyzed relevant concepts, compared the the status of American universities with native ones, summarized the successful experience and existing problems. Based on these analysis, the construction model was introduced from the following five aspects:functional orientation, organization system, main works, talent team and security system, then according to the actual situation of domestic universities, some strategies were put forward. Finally, the paper took Peking university, Tsinghua university and East China normal universities'construction practice as examples to do case analysis.
