Current and future international and domestic competition, after all is talent competition, the human resources are the core of every university and college ,an university assets are the core competitiveness of the competitiveness of teachers, its development depends on the quality of it's teachers. In this situation, improving the medical college teachers' satisfaction to their jobs, retaining, attracting and motivating medical college teachers become extremely significant, and the research of teacher's job satisfaction has become an important problem to school administrators.The quality of college education is directly related to the quality of the teachers, and their work enthusiasm, also affects the college to realize its strategic target. Based on medical college teachers of Zhejiang University as the research object, job satisfaction and incentive in reviewing relevant theoretical research, also using the empirical and theoretical, the qualitative and quantitative research methods, through the teacher's interview and questionnaire, the author wants to bring out a specific analysis of teachers' job satisfaction in medical college of Zhejiang University.Based on the literature reliability and validity analysis results, revised medical college teacher's questionnaire, scale is divided into six factors (school policy and management, self-fulfillment and development, working environment, remuneration, working pressure, colleague relation), totally 29 projects. There were effective questionnaires 110 from 115 questionnaires : 58 women and 52 men;7 people under age 30,52 people from age 31 to age 40, 34 people from age 41 to 50,17 people above age 51; only 8 people Unmarried or divorced or separated, 102 people married or cohabited;30 people had Bachelor and below Bachelor degree, 23 people had master degree and 57 people were candidates or had doctor degree; 26 people worked for less than 5 years, 17 people worked from 6 to 10 years, 34 people worked from 11 to 20 years , 33 people worked for more than 21 years; 21 people served for a leading position, 89 people not served for a leading position. From questionnaire's survey results, medical college teachers' overall satisfaction of Zhejiang University is on the medium level at the work environment, colleagues and self-realization and development, and relatively high satisfaction in school policies and management and the remuneration, etc.By analyzing the various factors and relationship which influencing the teachers' job satisfaction, this research aims to find the "key area" of improving teachers' job satisfaction in medical college of Zhejiang University:pay more attention to the importance of teachers' personal development, give more room for the teacher's personal talent;establish the reasonable compensation system to improve teachers' income;build good academic atmosphere,relieve their pressure;improve their evaluation system, teachers' work passion will be improved ; Strengthen the leadership of the humanized management, democratization, improve teachers' job satisfaction fairly.Also increase working enthusiasm better, improve the competitiveness of medical college of Zhejiang University.
