At present, the theory of Human Resource Management already applies to enterprise broadly. But, the administration of most middle school established by the government still gives first place to the traditional experience administration. The development of ordinary high school is behind the key high school over. The aim of this article is to improve the administration ability in this kind of high school.In chapter one, author analyzed firstly the background studying, theory significance and practical or immediate significance. And then, author has described the research current situation of the achievement effect appraising, the nonprofit organization performance appraises, educates valuation and middle school at home and abroad.Second chapter have cleaned up relevance concept about performance and performance appraisal. Such as: Meaning of performance and performance appraisal, Procedure and Method of performance appraisal, Relation between performance appraisal and performance management etc.In chapter three, author has analyzed current situation of high school of north Jiangsu area established by the government and the necessity and feasibility of performance appraisal in this kind of high school. And then, on the base of inquired dates, author analyzed the current situation of performance appraisal in high school. At last, author point out the problem that was encountered in the practice of performance appraisal in this kind of high school.Fourth chapter has analyzed the principle of constitution of performance appraisal system, the process and method of performance appraisal. And then, author pointed out the body, object and content of performance appraisal in the middle school of that area established by the government. Finally, author built an index system of performance appraisal and simply analyzed the weight of different index.Fifth chapter's content is about the putting into effect of the performance appraisal system and the result application of the performance appraisal. In this chapter, author wanted to analyze how to design the system that could make sure the appropriate application of performance appraisal and how to spirit up the employee.In chapter six, author carried out the brief summary of the article. And then author brought forward the deficiency of the studying and future effort.
