An Analysis Of The Conditions And Countermeasures Of Peasant Workers' Children's Right Of Education

A great many farmers came into the cities since the last centry of the 80^th and formed rounds of the farm's tidal current. Along with labour force transferring from country to city cosmically and size of the peasant workers' children becoming larger, the problem of peasant workers' children's education becomes worse and worse. Under the background of perfect accepted education system has not been established, facing it squarely and solving it properly not only relate to the growing an the realization of self-value of the migrated peasant workers' children, but also are connected with sustainable development of the state modernization and urbanization. The writer of this thesis understood general education conditions of the migrated peasant workers' children, analyzed the present available researches and then discussed in three parts.The first part introduces the total condition of the peasant workers' children's right of education and then analyses meaning of ensuring the right, in the hope that we will have a clear understanding of the present educational condition for the peasant workers' children.The second part makes the thorough thinking of the existed problem of peasant workers' children in the cities, pointing out the key reason of result in this kind of phenomenon courageously.The third part introduces the meaning of the peasant workers' children's right of education to development of the society and country, the progress of the rule by law and ensuring of the human right.The last part expatiates countermeasure of peasant workers' children's right of education in three segment—national protection, social protection and family protection. Central government should, in the light of our country educational policy, give full play to the function of macro-control education, reform registered permanent residence to surmount the dual social structure in our country. Law and appropriate policies require enacting to ensure these children to receive the basical compulsory education. In other side, society and family should exert more power and form resultant force to protect education right of peasant workers' children.
