There has been a wave of Feminism Educational Administration research since the 1990s. This wave aims at the emancipation of the female by examining their knowledge,experience and circumstances. Under its influence, educational leadership, as a key system which impenetrate the whole process and each lay of educational administration, is also becoming the focus of Feminism. Rooting from the social gender and multi-angles, the theory of Feminism Educational Leadership, has come into being gradually by re-conceptualizing and re-structuring the traditional educational leadership theory. The theory of Feminism Educational Leadership consists of the following points as the female leading style, the ethic tropism of caring, the way of empowering and cooperating, and the aim of equality and development..The 21st is a knowledge-economy era. The views of knowledge,learning and talents have been changed. And the new education paradigm is characterized as Globalization, Localization and Individualization with the background of Contextualized Multiple Intelligence. In this condition, educational leadership is facing many challenges and tasks aroused by the new Education Reform. However, there are lots of shortages existing in the theory and practice of traditional educational leadership need to be changed urgently.Based on the analysis, the author put forward some strategies in the perspective of Feminism Educational Leadership. They include enriching the leader's roles, changing the views of leadership, transforming the leading styles and making the system of leader resources sound. Only in this way can the educational leadership gain new power to promote the Education Reform and the efficiency of Educational Administration.
