The relationship between Men and Women is always an old and eternal topic in the world, because no matter in any societies and civilizations. It is the foundation that mankind can multiply and survive. The relationship seems to be simple but it is very complicated in fact, because Women have been the most special servants in submitting status for a long time. It made Men and Women become "the most familiar strangers". The struggle for Women to improve their own living conditions has been "the longest revolution" in human history. As one of the most noticeable theories that was rejuvenated in the 20th century, the sharp criticism and strong strength of Feminism Jurisprudence make people begin to pay close attention to the living state and thought of this colony gradually. Women began to rise up to the horizon. Then from a frontier branch, Feminism has already been a main theory now in the world. The forming and development of Feminism, especially its unique "a group of pluralism" phenomenon, play a very important role in improving women's social living condition. So in this article I want to comb to the progress of every school theory of Feminism Jurisprudence from the historical visual angle, and attempt to analyze the reason of the development. The article has four chapters: from 1st to 3rd chapter I introduce Liberalism Feminism, Radical Feminism and Post-modern Feminism respectively, including historical background, philosophy source, etc., then discuss the pursuit of Liberalism Feminism is to owing equality as Men, Radical Feminism wants to emphasize two sexes' difference and Post-modern Feminism focuses on the words and power, the dissolution of the concept of "Man", etc., then demonstrates these theories' deficiencies briefly. In the 4th chapter I shall talk about the conflict of the Traditional Feminism, and try analyze the reason of Post-modem Feminism's appearing: First of all, every theory's prerequisite is different each; Secondly, the integration and tension between the theories and the main philosophy; Third the deficiencies of the theories made it possible for the new theory be emerged. Finally, I'll write about the turning to Post-modem Feminism. Now Women's position has been improved gradually but when they wanted to participate in the history movements as free people, they found that they all disappeared as a sexual colony. Women have still been the outsiders of the words and the history. Even the law can not bring them the really equality. The way for Women to get equality is still long and difficult in reality. We hope to see a harmonious society that Men and Women would get along well as soon as possible.
