Freedom Learning Idea And The Inspiration On Cultivation Of Talent Of Research Type University

At present, the constructing of the conversion into research type university of a university and research type university is focuses in Chinese higher education. With the requirement of popularity, knowledge economy and sci-tech innovation of higher education, the talent goals of university locate in the cultivation of research type talent. For the realization of the target of cultivating research type talent, learning freedom thought provides the inspiration mentality.For the realization in strengthening research on theory of the cultivation of research type talent and promoting the cultivation of talent of research type university in China, the paper introduce some research methods, such as historical documents method, investigation method and analytical method.
