As the speeding up of education information, education has undergone profound changes from ideas to methods, contents, tools, and other aspects. Information literacy, as a basic human quality, gained extensive attention of the education sectors all over the world. In college, efforts to train students' awareness, skills and ethics of information, to improve the innovation capacity to solve practical problems, and to build effectively information literacy of college students, is gradually incorporated into higher education goals and evaluation system.The information literacy of students of normal university is generally manifested in information awareness, information knowledge, information capacity, and information morality during their study in information era. The information Literacy levels of normal college students will affect the overall development of primary and secondary school education, and affect the cultivation of the creative students.The article is divided into six parts:Chapter one introduced the research background, the status quo at home and abroad, research purposes, meaning and methods.The second chapter is about the historical observation of the concept of information literacy and its evolution, and detailed the connotation of information literacy of normal university students, which provides a theoretical basis and reference to the follow-up study.Chapter III is a major part of this paper. On the basis of theoretical study, domestic and international quality assessment index system, this chapter analyzed the current situation and problems of normal college students in Anhui province and concluded the factors which affect their information literacy level through research, survey, and using SPSS statistical analysis of data.Chapter IV put forward the training strategy of information literacy of normal college students by using the results of Chapter III, and by combining the practical situation in Anhui province with present theory both at home and abroad.Chapter V, on the basis of the chapter four and the author's own teaching practice, bring forward the reform ideas of information literacy to public course of modern education technology.Chapter VI is the conclusion of this paper. It brief summarized the research work, pointed out the inadequate points and the innovation, and directed further research in this field.
