Then get the basic characters of the learner in Web-based Education, get the problems in the learning process. The analyze result provide a demonstrated base for farther research.Second, research on the learning resource of Web-based Education; bring forth the course development models of M-Learning supported Web-based Learning. All these are based on the learning requirement of the learner.Third, the learning models classified in this paper are based on the relationship of teacher and learner. Rely on the M-learning and its characteristics, Several M-learning supported Learning models are brought forth. All these provide us valuable references in the Web-based Education practice.The prime innovation of this research is to apply M-learning to adult Web-based Education, bring forth the M-learning supported course development models and learning models of Web-based Education.
