With the continuous development of educational informatization,e-learning is more and more popular with its unique advantages.E-learning provides learners with rich learning resources at the same time.It also makes learners face the problem of how to choose in front of massive learning resources.Therefore,the demand of individualized resources is urgent.At the same time,learning analysis is a new wave of education information.It is a new research hotspot in the field of educational technology in recent years.Learning analysis is based on network behavior data.It records learners' learning progress,learning trajectory,online learning preferences,etc.Therefore,it is an effective way to meet the learners' learning needs by combining the learning analysis technology with the personalized recommendation of resources.This research takes moodle365 mobile learning platform as the research platform,mainly including the following five aspects: first,it analyzes the research status of learning analysis technology and resource personalized recommendation,and puts forward the limitations of current research.And according to the present research status,the significance of this research is put forward,and the research methods and contents of this study are determined.Second,through interviews,questionnaires and other methods to understand the learners' learning needs,collect information in the platform to build a "information technology knowledge and teaching ability" curriculum,according to the students' knowledge structure and level of the experimental group and control group students.Thirdly,the study subjects are analyzed from various angles to determine the learners' resource needs,including: using the Fdder-Silveraian Learning style scale to analyze the learners' learning styles.The online learning preference questionnaire was used to analyze learners' online learning preferences,and the level of learners' knowledge and information technology teaching ability was tested to determine learners' learning starting point and individual resource requirements.Fourth,we recommend the individual learning resources for the learners in the experimental group.The personalized learning resources is mainly reflected in the resources according to the demand analysis to achieve the recommended learning resources,time and frequency recommended recommended resources type,resources,forms of personalized,and according to the learning process of continuous learning resource recommendation adjustment.Fifth,we analyzed the recommended effect of the subjects,including knowledge structure detection,teaching ability detection,social network analysis,satisfaction survey and so on.It further validates the important role of the personalized recommendation method based on learning analysis in online learning.This research shows that combining offline research with online analysis can provide a better basis for personalized recommendation of resources,make resource recommendation more personalized,and make learning resources more in line with learners' learning needs.
